Hi friends and family. I know it has been ages since I have posted an update, so I will get right to it. Nathaniel's illness and 12 days of hospitalization took a tole on our family. Our four other children had spent the night away from home so many nights that I wondered if they still remembered what our house looked like. I was exhausted and of course Nathaniel was. Even Robert had made several extra trips to Atlanta. We all just needed to relax and laugh and just recuperate. As soon as Nathaniel's doctors said it was
ok, we headed for TEXAS! We had a wonderful time and to be quite honest, nobody was ready to come back to GA. We did however force ourselves to come back and arrived in the Peach state on Saturday evening. We had one day to rest from the 20 hour drive. Then Monday was here and we hit the ground running. Robert went back to work. The kids started school. I began to lose my sanity all over again. (ha ha ha) Nathaniel will also hit the ground running tomorrow. He had a nice break from doctors and hospitals. It all begins again in a fierce way as he has 3 doctor appointments just this week. One doctor appointment next week. Let's not forget the 3 surgeries that we need to have scheduled by Christmas. YIKES! Well, the vacation was nice while it lasted. And speaking of vacation, thought I would share some of my favorite pics from our trip. Enjoy!
